Aldershot Town are delighted to announce the return of Ryan Glover!
The midfielder rejoins The Shots on a two-year deal from AFC Bournemouth following a loan spell at The EBB Stadium last season.
Glover made 27 appearances scoring three goals for Aldershot last year but was hampered by an injury for a lot of his loan and will be looking to push on from tomorrow’s National League opener.
The 21-year-old joins from AFC Bournemouth and will find it easy to settle into a dressing room with a large number of other Cherries academy graduates.
Speaking to Shots TV, Glover said he was excited to be back with the club and is looking forward to kicking off the season in front of The Shots fans tomorrow:
“I’m buzzing for it. I can’t wait for the fans to get back in. The fans have been amazing with me from last season.”
“Even when times were tough they stuck by us home and away so we’re buzzing to get The EBB rocking again and maybe get a win on the first day!”

Mark Molesley is delighted to have Glover back in the club and told Shots TV “We’ve moved quickly to get Ryan in, another attacking player who can play multiple positions.”
“I know him well and he knows us well, we had him last season where he did really well for us but the best is yet to come from him.”
