We’re excited to confirm the signing of Dylan Kadji on loan from Bristol City until the end of the season.
The 20-year-old has spent time out on loan already this season with Forest Green Rovers, and spent time with Swindon Town at the end of the 22/23 campaign.
Kadji scored on his Bristol City debut in a 3-1 Carabao Cup win over Wycombe Wanderers, and also made two Championship appearances, before joining the Robins in January 2023 where he made 13 appearances in League Two.
Tommy Widdrington said: “It was felt with the hectic period we have between now and the end of the season we needed another central midfielder.”
“With Stu (Stuart O’Keefe), Dejan (Tetek) and Theo (Widdrington) all now back and available, it gives us great options and real quality in the middle of the park.”
“Dylan is a strong presence and an athletic lad who I’d say ‘likes a tackle’ but also can be a driving force in midfield.”
“He was welcomed into the group on Monday morning and fitted in seamlessly and I’m sure the Shots fans will welcome Dylan to The EBB!”
Head of Recruitment Jamie Hedges added: “Dylan will add real competition to our ranks in midfield.”
“He’s a very technically gifted midfielder, whilst also having real power and physicality standing at around 6ft 4.”
“We thank Brian Tinnion and everyone at Bristol City for their help with this loan transfer.”
Welcome to the Shots, Dylan!
