NATTA Named as South Stand Sponsor

Aldershot Town are delighted to announce that Contractor Company Natta has signed a two-year sponsorship deal to sponsor the South Stand at the EBB Stadium.

Natta’s excited Managing Director, John Whelan, who was in attendance at the unveiling had this to say: “We strongly believe this partnership will be a prosperous and beneficial one for both parties and we are looking forward to the start of the 2019/20 football season.”

Shots Commercial Manager, Mark Butler added: “I’d firstly like to thank Reade Signs who had previously sponsored the South Stand, they’ve been a club sponsor for over 10 years and they will continue to support the club.

“Moving onto this new partnership; this is an exciting opportunity to welcome Natta, a huge local company, to the Shots family.

“We’re incredibly delighted to have them on board and I hope that this partnership can extend beyond the original two years.”

Since its inception in 1972, Natta has grown steadily year on year. As a specialist contractor, Natta is renowned for its innovation and expertise in both civil engineering and building in a variety of sectors.Natta undertakes the traditional disciplines of a groundwork contractor. Historically specialists in infrastructure installation. Natta has endeavoured to take on more challenging contracts from contaminated land remediation together with projects with strong environmental or conservational elements.

Their in-house specialist geo-environmental team can tackle complex groundworks in poor conditions, as well as, design, manage and deliver lime and cement stabilisation. This enables us to offer greater flexibility and cost benefits to our clients. We also carry out concrete works from waterproof basements to podium slabs, RC frames and external concrete paving.

Some of the most recent projects Natta have worked on include the full design and build of a 7,637 m² Independent Living Community, The Hawthorns, in Northampton and the groundworks and infrastructure for 178 plots in Finchwood Park.

Natta currently employs over 700 staff and have a predicted turnover of £100 million next year and are currently in excess of £80 million.

Supporting the local community is a big part of Natta’s ethos and for years Natta has donated to charitable causes and this increases every year. Working with local people and businesses is always a priority to Natta. They always want to help the communities around them.
