The football club is aware that some supporters trying to register or purchase the live stream on NLTV for our game on Saturday may be experiencing some difficulties with registration.
This is due to a series of functionality updates currently being made to the website which are temporarily affecting the registration process. NLTV apologised to the club for any inconvenience but these updates are part of the upgrading of the system bringing an improved service for the forthcoming season.
NLTV replied via email to say the following:
All supporters on our database are due to receive a direct email about this tomorrow. This will have a clear process described of what has changed and how they can re-register.
Separately, it is actually impossible to register at this very second but this should be resolved in the next hour or two – our suppliers are just running some necessary updates to a few areas today and that has put registration out of bounds for a few hours.
Sorry that this is causing issues and we know it will be frustrating for your supporters. It will be up and running in time for the new season but we appreciate that many fans want to get ahead of the curve – which in itself is great to hear.
