MATCH PREVIEW: Shots v Solihull Moors (A)

WHO ARE THE SHOTS PLAYING?

The Shots are looking for a third win on the bounce, this time travelling to the ARMCO Arena to take on Solihull Moors. The Moors are in their seventh National League season, being promoted to the division in 2016 after being founded in 2007.

HOW HAVE THEY DONE THIS SEASON?

Solihull Moors have been in good form this season, currently sitting in the final playoff position after 21 games. The Moors have won nine, drawn six and lost six of their league fixtures this season. The Shots will be looking to capitalise on somewhat of a dip in form for Solihull, with the hosts winning just two of their previous seven league games. Solihull also managed to make it to the first round of the FA Cup, losing to Hartlepool on penalties in a replay in the first round.

LAST TIME OUT:

Aldershot and Solihull last met on the opening day of the season, with the Moors picking up all the points at the EBB. Inih Effiong opened his Shots account in the 27th minute, but Solihull ran out 4-1 winners.
