WHO ARE THE SHOTS PLAYING?

FA Trophy action returns to the EBB this Saturday, with the Shots hosting Halifax in the FA Trophy quarter finals. Now just two games from Wembley, the Shots will face 16th placed Halifax at 3pm.

HOW HAVE THEY DONE THIS SEASON?

Halifax are currently sitting 16th in the National League table, having won 11 games this season, winning 42 points during the course of the season. In the FA Trophy, Halifax are obviously in the last eight, facing the Shots this weekend with either side a win away from the semi finals. In the FA Cup, Halifax made it to the first round, but were eliminated by Ebbsfleet United.

LAST TIME OUT:

Halifax’s last trip to the EBB was a fantastic afternoon for the Shots, with Aldershot winning the clash 5-1 live on BT Sport. Tyler Cordner scored a first half brace either side of a Dieseruvwe goal to make the scores 2-1 at half time, but second half goals from Ryan Glover, Justin Amaluzor and Inih Effiong gave the Shots all the points in a 5-1 victory.
