WHO ARE THE SHOTS PLAYING?

A first Tuesday night clash awaits the Shots as they travel to Ebbsfleet following the weekends trip to Oldham. The clash it Aldershot’s second successive trip as the side complete a round trip back to the EBB for this weekend against York. 

PREVIOUS MEETINGS:

The Shots and Ebbsfleet’s last National League meeting came in 2019/20, with the Shots picking up the only win in a season that got cut short. Aaron Eyoma and Ethan Chislett were the scorers for Aldershot in a 2-1 win in August 2019.

LAST SEASON:

Ebbsfleet were comfortable winners of the National League South last season, finishing 20 points ahead of second placed Dartford, picking up 103 points over the course of the season.

The side were beaten in the second round of the FA Trophy by Eastbourne at home, and in the FA Cup they went all the way to the second round proper, and were beaten by Fleetwood Town.

23/24 SO FAR:

Ebbsfleet were victors in front of the TNT cameras on opening day, scoring the only goal in the first half of a 1-0 victory against League Two relegated Rochdale. 

They were handed a taste of defeat at the weekend at the hands of Solihull Moors in a 2-1 loss at the Stonebridge Road Stadium.
