Aldershot Town last night completed the signing of Burton Albion winger Marcus Harness, who joins on loan until Saturday 2 January.
The 19 year-old was first involved in The Brewers’ first-team squad aged just 15 and made his competitive debut in September 2013. A dynamic and skilful winger, he made 22 appearances for Albion last season, including a Man of the Match performance in the League Cup victory against Queen’s Park Rangers.
Harness then joined Northern Premier League side Ilkeston on loan in August 2015 but was recalled by The Brewers earlier this week.
Marcus will wear shirt number 24 and is available to face Cheltenham Town at the EBB Stadium on Saturday.
Aldershot Town would like to thank Burton Albion and Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink for their assistance with this deal.
