Congratulations to the boys team from South Farnham School, who by winning the National League Trust South of England tournament today, will be representing Aldershot Town at Wembley!
Having won a regional tournament, the boys team had to get past other regional champions from the south of England.
They started their day in the group stage and after a 1-1 draw with Havant & Waterlooville, saw a 1-0 win over Eastbourne Borough and a 3-0 win over Aveley.
This saw them through to the semi-final where they beat Torquay United 2-0 and would meet Eastbourne Borough in the final.
A 1-1 draw took the game to penalties but the South Farnham School side came out on top and earned an incredible reward – representing Aldershot Town at Wembley: the home of English Football!
