Centre-back George Fowler has today agreed a new deal with Aldershot Town. Former Ipswich youth product Fowler first arrived at the EBB Stadium in August 2017 on a loan deal from the Tractor Boys and signed his first contract with the Shots in January of last year.
Fowler made 27 appearances during the 2017-18 season with a further 22 last year, scoring one goal, but an injury sustained away to Bradford City in an FA Cup replay in 2018 meant that he played no further part in the campaign.
