Aldershot Town are excited to announce that the EBB Stadium will be hosting four Premier League International Cup matches this season, starting tomorrow when the U23 sides of Athletic Club Bilbao and VfL Wolfsburg meet.
We anticipate that most of Athletic Club’s squad will feature from their ‘B’ team Bilbao Athletic who play in the Spanish Segunda Division B which is the Spanish third tier.
We also expect Wolfsburg to feature players mostly from their VfL Wolfsburg II squad which play in the Regionaliga Nord in the German fourth tier. The two sides share Group C with the U23 squads of Tottenham Hotspur and Norwich City.
Admission for tomorrow night’s game, which is a 7PM Kick Off, is £3 Adults and £1 Concessions. So come on down and watch some of the brightest young talents on the continent!
