CLUB STATEMENT: Turnstiles

Ahead of our game against Barnet tomorrow we wanted to address the ticketing problems that occurred before Monday’s game with Maidstone United. These were as a result of a fault with our ticketing provider Flowte’s payment provider but we would still like to apologise for the inconvenience caused. The online system is now fully operational.

As a result, we have listened to your suggestions and will be trialing a card payment turnstile from tomorrow’s game with Barnet for our next three home matches. This will give East Bank supporters the option of paying for a ticket with contactless payment on Turnstile eight – located on High Street.

This will be the only turnstile operating as a pay-on-entry point and only supporters planning on standing in the East Bank will be able to buy tickets from there. All other turnstiles will continue as entry points for supporters with pre-paid tickets.

Please note that this is a trial and will be operating for the next three home games – Barnet (03/09/22), Halifax Town (17/09/22) and Wealdstone (01/10/22).

Turnstile eight is for home fans only; away fans will not be able to pay on entry from any of the away turnstiles.

The club shop will still open from 12:00PM on matchdays and will continue to sell tickets on the day of the game. This will be the only place you will be able to buy tickets with cash.

We will be posting more ticketing updates later this evening.
