We would like to apologise for the ticketing issues we had in the build-up for last weekend’s Vanarama National League game against FC Halifax Town, which were unfortunately out of our control.
We had hoped to give you an updated status on this, however we are still waiting on the company to give us an answer to the root cause of the problem.
These issues affected a number of Vanarama National League and Football League clubs who use the same system.
This has now been escalated to the Managing Director of the Ticketing company from our Chairman as we look to hear back from them as soon as possible to resolve the issue.
