Aldershot Town Football Club can confirm that we have experienced an incident of positive Covid-19 tests within the first-team players and staff.
All of those who have tested positive – or have come into close contact with those who have – are now self-isolating until 10th March, in accordance with government guidelines.
We wish all those who have been affected by this terrible virus a speedy recovery and our best wishes go out to them.
This unfortunately also sees our next two Vanarama National League away fixtures to Notts County (6th March) and Torquay United (9th March) postponed and we will announce the rearranged dates for these fixtures on a later date.
The club have made the league aware of these results.
