Assistant Manager Chris Barker has left Aldershot Town after three seasons with the Club.
The 36 year-old made 87 appearances since joining The Shots on the eve of the 2013-14 season, and was also Caretaker Manager for the final 15 games of 2014-15 as he helped the Club retain Conference status.
Barker was an integral part of Andy Scott’s team which overcame a ten-point deduction in 2013-14 and the following season won a second-consecutive Supporters’ Player of the Year Award. He was then appointed as Barry Smith’s Assistant in April 2015.
Everybody at Aldershot Town, including the Board of Directors, extend their personal thanks to Chris for everything he has done for the Club, and wish him well for the future.
