We’re thrilled to announce that Chelsea’s U23 squad will spend another season at the EBB Stadium as we host several of their Premier League 2 fixtures.
Last season saw the likes of Callum Hudson-Odoi grace the EBB Stadium pitch and players from one of the best Academy set-up’s in world football will step out once again as they look to impress new Chelsea boss Frank Lampard.
The U23 squad also acts as a perfect opportunity for first team players to gain match fitness as they return from injuries, for example we saw Eden Hazard play here three years ago for the Blues.
And the first game we host here will be a tasty London derby as Chelsea host Tottenham Hotspur’s U23 side on Friday 30th August at 7PM.
