BT Sport will broadcast a new weekly half-hour TV highlights show from around the Vanarama National League from Sunday 30 August.
The National League Highlights Show debuts on Sunday 30 August 30 at 9.45pm on BT Sport 1. The show will thereafter air every Sunday evening after Vanarama National League match-weeks.
BT Sport Vanarama National League expert Mark Clemmit will present the show, supported by Natalie Quirk, which will show action from Vanarama National League matches each weekend. On weekends where BT Sport airs a live game, BT Sport will make this game a feature of the highlights show. Ahead of the Highlights Show’s debut, BT Sport will make a selection of goals from the weekend’s National League games available to all on BTSport.com.
Aldershot Town FC are working with students from Farnborough Sixth Form College on this venture, as part of BT Sport’s new NLTV Broadcasting Academy, where 48 media students from around the country are being trained in filming techniques and then embedded with clubs, provided with BT professional broadcasting equipment and taught by BT Sport technical staff how to film, edit and stream media to a new production hub.
