Braintree Town: Arrive Early, Stay Late

On what promises to be a very busy day at the EBB Stadium, Aldershot Town request that supporters attending Saturday’s game against Braintree Town arrive early to avoid congestion at the turnstiles.

The Ticket Office opens at 9.30am, with turnstiles opening at 10.30am for the match which kicks-off at 12.15pm. All bars will also open at 10.30am for food and drinks, including the Shots Trust Café which will be serving bacon rolls and sausage baguettes, for those wanting a late breakfast, in addition to the usual paninis and sausage rolls.

Straight after the final whistle, regardless of the result, the players will complete a lap of honour and the Player of the Year awards will be announced from the centre circle.

The end-of-season party will begin behind the East Bank as soon as the players have left the pitch, with a barbecue, DJ and live music from Rock’n’Roll Steve, playing rock’n’roll classics by Elvis Presley, Buddy Holly, Eddie Cochran and more, and Dan Nutbean of The Cobbles. The players will make an appearance on stage at approximately 3.30pm, with the music continuing until late.

Boost the Budget forms will again be distributed to supporters as they pass through the turnstiles.

Supporters are reminded that BT Sport have erected a camera gantry in the South Stand – details here.

If we qualify for a Play-Off semi-final against Tranmere Rovers, tickets for the home leg – on Wednesday 3 May at 7pm – will be on sale from the Club Shop until 4pm on Saturday. Full details of further opening hours over the Bank Holiday weekend are here.
