Due to the current situation regarding Covid-19 and all of the safety restrictions, the decision has been taken to cancel the annual Shots Christmas Carol Service which was due to take place on Thursday 16th December 2021.
Following a discussion between the club and those involved at the Holy Trinity Church, the decision has been made with everyone’s health & safety considered and we would like to thank everyone who has helped and supported the service over the years.
We are all extremely disappointed as we were looking forward to our annual concert that we have had to cancel for the second year running, particularly with our first-team players having already been practicing their own singing competition ahead of the service this Thursday.
Once again, we at the football club are sincerely sorry to make this decision and it is not one that has been taken lightly.
Regardless, everyone at Aldershot Town would still like to wish our supporters a both happy and safe Christmas Holidays this year, as we hope to see the service brought back against next year in its usual format.
