Aldershot Town partner with ticketing and fan engagement platform, Fanbase!

Aldershot Town Football Club are delighted to partner with ticketing and fan engagement platform, Fanbase!

By adopting Fanbase, fans can take advantage of a brand-new and streamlined, digital experience. This includes a whole host of new features, such as exclusive content and the option to buy tickets and hospitality packages easily across mobile, web, and app. Additionally, supporters can conveniently store their tickets in their Fanbase and Apple/Google wallet for quick access on match days.

Partnering with Fanbase, gives the club the opportunity to grow its marketing database and further engage with the local community after a positive 2023/2024 season. With fan data insights and multi-channel communications at their fingertips, the club now has the tools available to power the engagement and growth of their fanbase.

The marketing team at Aldershot now have easy access to data insights through both Google Analytics/Meta and fully connected fan profiles available within the Fanbase portal. This gives the ability to not only track the effectiveness of their campaigns but also gain a deeper understanding of fans’ preferences and recognise/reward fans for their loyalty.

Switching to Fanbase, not only helps the club with meeting its commercial goals through increased ticket sales and the seamless online booking of hospitality packages but also opens the door for the expansion of existing sponsorships and the introduction of new partnerships which can be featured either alongside content on the newsfeed or within the match centre.
