PROCEDURES FOR ENTRY TO THE EBB STADIUM 2013/14
As most spectators will by now be aware there have been several changes imposed upon the club as a result of promotion and relegated to the Football League, or the re-configuration of seating to accommodate the extension to the Directors Box.

The main changes are as follows:

1. TICKETS
Spectators must purchase tickets for specific areas of the ground – tickets no longer give free access to any area of choice as they will be marked up with either a Terrace or Seat area and no deviation from that area specified will be allowed. This restriction for safety purposes will be managed by an increased team of match-day stewards. Many spectators will be familiar with this approach at Football League or Premier League grounds anyway. For example, if you want to watch the game from the ‘East Bank’, buy an East Terrace ticket from either the High Street Club Office or through the turnstiles on match-day.
ALL SPECTATORS MUST BE IN POSSESSION OF A VALID MATCH TICKET, IF CHALLENGED WHILST IN THE EBB STADIUM. FAILURE TO PRODUCE A VALID TICKET WILL RESULT IN EJECTION FROM THE EBB STADIUM.

2. PRE-MATCH PURCHASED TICKETS
Will now only be available from the High Street Club Office up until 4.30pm on the day before (Friday) a Saturday kick-off, or up until 4.30pm on the day should the kick-off be on a weekday. (This does not apply to Pre-Season Matches) Should we play on a Sunday, the Friday curfew will apply. This is to reduce the pressure on the office caused by an avalanche of pre-match ticket purchases in the few hours before the turnstiles open.
Buy earlier or come through the turnstiles which will normally open 1 1/2 hours before kick off. Youth Team, Junior Shots players and Managers will no longer be permitted to obtain tickets from the High Street Club Office. These will be available only through Bob Green and all should pre-book tickets well ahead of games to avoid disappointment.
Entrance to the EBB Stadium for Youth Team, Junior Shots players and Managers will be ONLY through the High Street turnstiles and no access will be available through the Parsons Barracks Car Park Gate.

The Club are issued with a Safety Certificate for the ground, by the Hampshire County Council which sets the capacity of all areas within The EBB Stadium. Season 2009/10 the capacity is 7,100.
ONE OF THE CONDITIONS SET DOWN WITHIN THE SAFETY CERTIFICATE IS THE INDIVIDUAL CAPACITIES OF ALL TERRACE AREAS AND THIS SEASON THERE CANNOT BE ANY MIGRATION OF SUPPORTERS FROM ONE AREA TO ANOTHER.

When you purchase a match ticket for the terraces, please check the area you wish to stand to see the match.
We would appreciate supporters co-operation to the NEW POLICY

The ten Home turnstiles on the High Street will all be nominated by destination in the EBB Stadium.
For example, if you wish to stand on the South West Terrace (The Slab) then you will enter the EBB Stadium through Turnstile 1 only.
This facilitates easier entry for spectators and should result in more efficient crowd management, less stress on turnstile staff and a shorter queue for spectators.
Please ensure that you have the correct denomination of cash as this too will facilitate easier entry.
The Turnstiles will be clearly marked up so as to avoid any confusion as follows:
