"I think that Notts County will have this problem this season in their home matches because they are the big team in the league. I thought we defended superbly throughout. We worked hard and looked solid.
"I don't mind players giving the ball away and making mistakes it is the reaction after I am looking for and we got that today and that was pleasing.
"We were dangerous on the counter-attack too and if we had passed the ball as we can we probably would have scored. I thought Marvin (Morgan) was onside when he put the ball in the net early on. There was no argument from us but it was tight.
"I am happy with the point though. There are still things that we need to get into them. The players are taking things on board and we are doing things progressively."
